Relay Web (“Relay,” “we,” “us”) provides website build services and facilitates the purchase of third-party hosting, domain, and related products.
This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed and handled.
1. Third-Party Product Purchases
(Hosting, Domains, Email, Website Builder)
Products purchased through shop.relayweb.co are processed securely through GoDaddy’s infrastructure.
Relay Web does not store or process credit card information for these purchases.
Billing terms, renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by GoDaddy’s published policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing GoDaddy’s terms prior to completing a purchase.

Relay Web earns a margin on these products but does not control GoDaddy’s billing systems.
2. Website Foundation & Custom Builds
For custom website build services:
A 25% project initiation deposit is required to begin work.
Work will begin only once the deposit has been received and cleared.
The remaining balance will be invoiced in agreed-upon milestone payments.
Final site launch or transfer will not occur until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
Deposits become non-refundable once project work has commenced, including planning, design drafts, technical setup, or hosting configuration.
3. Accepted Payment Methods (Custom Services)
Payments for custom services may be made via:
Business check (preferred)
PayPal
Square
Relay Web does not store credit card information for custom service payments.
4. Scope Changes
If project scope expands beyond the agreed proposal:
Additional work will be quoted separately.
Written approval is required before additional work begins.
Scope changes may affect timeline and total project cost.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
Services may be paused immediately.
Access to hosted materials may be suspended until resolution.
Relay Web reserves the right to recover administrative fees associated with disputes.
